Description: Electric Motor Standard Overhaul Rewinding of 45Kw, 4 Pole motor stator (round wires winding only) Jobscope: -Dismantle motor, draw out rotor and bearings -Strip off existing stator coils and clean with hot water -Re-insulate core slots with nomex insulation paper -Rewind stator coils as per original specification -Hot dip in varnish and bake in oven -Assemble the motor and perform free/No Load testing.
