Description: Work scope for Overhaul of Motor: 280/300KW, 4 pole electric motor Serial no: 29619 - Dismantle the motor and remove the bearings - Conduct electrical test like DLRO, IR test, Surge Test - Clean the stator coil with steam and chemical and bake into oven 5.Varnish the stator coil and bake into oven 6.Clean the rotor and parts and bake into oven 7.Remove the excess varnish 8.Measure the bearing housing and journal dimension 9.Run-out check the rotor shaft 10.Renew DE & NDE Bearings 11.Assemble the motor 12.Conduct electrical test again 13.Conducted no load test run 15.Provide Final Report Note: This is budgetary Price. The renewal of bearings, oi seal, V ring and any others parts will be additional. The repairing of bearing journal, Bearings housing and any other mechanical repair will be additional. After proper dismantling and inspection, the quote will be revised accordingly.
