Description: To carryout Top Urgent Repair works on Hoisting Brake Unit Frame -Remove the bush where the welding was found cracked -Mount unit onto boring machine to machine off welding marks to smoothen surface area -To fabricate a new collar & bush (material: ST52) accordingly -Re-install the bush and collar onto the frame via welding. -Carried out dye pentration test for cracks.
