Description: Refurbishment of Linde Hydraulic Motor HPR160-01L 2564 Scope of Work: Collection of units from DPE Yard in Jebel Ali Inspection Remove the rear cover of the pump and note down the rotation. Check for any rust & metallic chips inside the unit. Inspect the rotor set, thrust plate, bearings etc. Check the gear housing for wear and step marks. Remove the shaft seal and front bearing from the shaft. Replace of Seals, bearing and fasteners (if any other parts required will be notified with inspection report with additional price if any) Re-Assemble the pump as per the OEM standards Bench test the unit to the required working pressure. Properly plug all the ports after bench testing and prepare for long term storage. Painting as per DPE protective coating Provide QA/QC Report Delivery of units to DPE Yard In Jebel Ali
