Description: Electric Chain Hoist (2 ton) Standard Overhaul Gearbox Overhaul: To dismantle gearbox and clean all parts for inspection.To establish a detailed report of findings.To re-assemble with new bearings, seals and with broken parts renewed / repaired. E-Motor Overhaul: -Dismantle motor, draw out rotor and bearings -Strip off existing stator coils and clean with hot water -To establish a detailed report of findings. -Assemble the motor with new bearings, seals and with broken parts renewed / repaired and perform free/No Load testing. Note: Price is excluding overtime, parts, machining / manufacturing costs and consumables. Required parts, machining work, manufacturing of gear wheels etc. will be offered after inspection
