Description: Main Hoist Winch Standard Overhaul Labour charges to disassemble/assemble hoisting winch & remove/re-install all 12x hoisting gearboxes with motors. Clean all parts for inspection. To carry out NDT testing on all welding seams. To establish a detailed report of findings. To re-assemble with new bearings, seals, hydraulic hoses, fittings and with broken parts renewed / repaired. To test operate the winch. Included in overhaul cost: NDT testing Lead Time : 3-4 Weeks Note: - Excluded from our offer are overtime, parts, machining, manufacturing & consumables. - In case of urgency we will charge additional costs of 50% on Weekdays and 80% on Weekend / Public Holiday.
