Description: Rewinding of Electric Motor 90KW Work scope for Rewind of AC Motor : 1. Dismantle the motor and remove the bearings 2. Conduct electrical test like DLRO, IR test, Surge Test 3. Take the winding data 4. Remove the old burnt coil 5. Clean the lamination 6. Insulate the lamination 7. Rewind the new coil with brake coil taping 8. Double dip varnish the stator and bake into oven 9. Clean the rotor and parts and bake into oven 10. Dynamic balancing of Rotor 11. Run out check on the rotor shaft 12. Renew DE & NDE Bearings 13. Renew of space heater 14. Measure the bearing housing and journal dimension 15. Assemble the motor 16. Conduct Electrical Test Again 17. Provide Final report Note: - Excluded from our offer are overtime, parts (others than mentioned above), machining, manufacturing & consumables.
