Description: TOBU Grab General Overhaul Workshop Cost: To provide labour, equipment and facility to carry out following recommended Scope of Work: -dismantle / assemble complete Grab -remove / install both shells and replace pins and bushes where required -remove / install all 4x pressure rod and replace pins and bushes where require -remove / install rope sheaves in the upper frame and replace bushes and pins where required -check condition of Nylon cushion rings -remove / install rope sheaves in the middle frame and replace bushes and pins where required -inspect buffer plate pack and rubber buffer on middle frame -inspect rope fix points and upper lifting point -remove / install hydraulic cylinder for recommended overhaul -remove / install hydraulic valve block for recommended overhaul -replace all hydraulic hoses and fittings (where required) -clean out hydraulic tank and fill up new hydraulic oil (150ltr, grade46), replace return filter -NDT testing on all pins and load bearing welding seams
