Description: Mud Pump Standard Overhaul -Dismantle both Main Drive & Cooling Fan Motors for inspection, service and tests. -Dismantle Power End Lube Oil System for inspection, service and tests. -Dismantle Chain Sprocket & Fluid End Cooling/ Lube Oil System for inspection, service and tests. -Remove Pump Tacho-generator for inspection, service and tests. -Remove Main Pressure Relief Valve for inspection, calibration and tests. -Remove Vibration Dampener for inspection, service and tests. -Remove all connection feed and discharge lines to Fluid Ends. -Remove Fluid Ends for Inspection and replacement of wear and consumable parts. -Remove all Valves, Liners, Pistons for inspection, service and parts replacement. -Remove all inspection and service covers for inspection and measurement of Power End Fluid End tolerances and replacement of Seals and wear and tear parts. -Inspect and retightened all mounting bolts on the frame.
