Description: Electric Motor Standard Overhaul and Rewinding Motor Details: No Nameplate Details, Customer Specified details: 12.4KW, 440V, 60HZ, Assumed 4 pole, 3 phase, AC Motor with Brake Unit Work scope to Overhaul and Rewind AC Motor: - Dismantle the unit and separate the bearings - Conduct electrical test like DLRO, IR test, Impedance Balance test - Take the winding data from the stator coil - Remove the failed stator coil - Clean the stator lamination and remove the debris - Re-insulate the lamination - Rewind the stator coils - Double dip varnish the stator coil and bake into oven - Remove the excess varnish - Clean the rotor and parts with steam and chemical and bake into oven - Dynamic balancing of Rotor - Run out check on the rotor shaft - Renew DE & NDE Bearings (Price to be quoted separately) - Renew Oil Seals/V-rings (Price to be quoted separately) - Overhaul of brake unit - Measure bearing housing and journal dimension - Assemble the motor - Conduct final electrical test
