Description: Overhauling Electric Fan Motor AC 4pol, 1.5kW Scope Of Work: 1. Dismantle the unit and separate the bearings 2. Conduct electrical test like DLRO, IR test, Impedance Balance test 3. Take the winding data of the Stator coil 4. Remove the failed coil on the stator 5. Clean the lamination from debris 6. Insulate the stator lamination 7. Rewind the stator coil with data taken 8. Double dip varnish the stator coil and bake into oven 9. Clean the rotor and parts and bake into oven 10. Remove the excess varnish on both stator and rotor 11. Dynamic balance the rotor is not required due to small in size 12. Run-out check on rotor shaft 13. Measure the bearing housing and journals dimensions 14. Renew Bearing Kit 15. Renew Seal Kit 16. Re-sleeve the DE & NDE bearing housings and machine back to size 17. NDE bearing cover collar need to weld (Cast iron weld) – No warranty Given 18. Terminal Cover need to weld and drill the hole (Cast iron Weld) – No warranty Given 19. Assemble the unit 20. Conduct
