Description: SWL100ton Single Fall Hook Block Standard Overhaul Labour charges to dismantle the Hookblock, clean and inspect, perform NDT testing on all load bearing areas / rope sheaves / axle & seating surfaces, dimensional check of all seats / axle / rope sheave groove / bearing seats, re-assemble with new bearings and seals and XYLON coated screws, secure with lock wire & lock nuts, conform to DROPS, full documentation. Included in overhaul cost: - Stencil SWL on rope sheave block - NDT testing of sheave block after onshore load testing Note: - Excluded from our offer are overtime, parts, machining, manufacturing, Load testing and recertification. - In case of urgency we will charge additional costs of 50% on Weekdays and 80% on Weekend / Public Holiday.
