Description: Lifting Block SWL32T (Single Sheave, 2-fall), Standard Overhaul: Labour Charges (only) : -To open up Hook Block and clean all parts for inspection -To power brush all items to bare metal -To carry out crack testing on all bearing seating faces, welding seams & load bearing areas -To establish a QC report -To re-paint all items with a 3-layer marine paint, primer, intermediate and final layer. -To assemble with new bearings, seals and with broken parts renewed / repaired. Note: - Price is w/o overtime, parts, machining or manufacturing costs, w/o bearings and consumables. - Overhaul Hook blocks, adhere to being DROPS Compliant.
