Description: Rewinding of E-Motor Work scope for overhaul of Motors: 1. Dismantle the unit and separate the bearings 2. Conduct electrical test like DLRO, IR test 3. Take the winding data from existing coil which received 4. Bake the stator into oven to remove the water contamination 5. Remove the existing coil 6. Clean the stator lamination and free from hot spot 7. Rewind the stator coil 8. Double dip varnish the stator coil and bake into oven 9. Clean the rotor and parts with steam and chemical and bake into oven 10. Remove the excess varnish 11. Dynamic balance the rotor 12. Run-out check on rotor shaft 13. Measure the bearing housing and journals dimensions 14. Renew DE & NDE Bearing -6320C3 & 6315ZZ by bearing Induction heater 15. Renew Thermistor 1800 – 2pc 16. Supply and renew Heater (42W, 220V) x 1 pcs 17. Remove the hot spot and clear the lamination 18. Clean the excess varnish 19. Assemble the unit 20. Conduct No Load Run Test 21. Paint the unit
