Description: Overhaul / Refurbishments Carry out the detailed inspection and repair works of required as recommended in the inspection reports. Perform the weld repair on defect area as per OEM procedure Perform the post NDT on repaired areas. Re-blast and to be fully painted as per DPE painting spec rev 22, final RAL1028. Replacement of all sheave bearings. Grease fittings and any mechanical components such as worn out spacers, sheave guides, pins if fitted. Re-assembly of Sheave case assembly with mechanical components. Re-assembly of Sheave and Sheave case. Provide the actual weight of the complete boom assembly (to be detailed in the final report). Protect the shaves case and apply denso tape pin bores for long-term storage. Provide complete QA/QC Report with welds repair, NDT and Paint report. Delivery of complete overhauled section to DPE, JAOSB yard.
