Description: Braden Winch BG3B-05080-01 with Brake unit Teardown Inspection, to conform with Braden Maintenance Requirements Complete dismantling of winch unit and brake, clean and inspect all items, sandblast and paint winch / brake externals, NDT testing of all gears and shafts, replace all seals & O-rings, replace all worn and damaged parts, replace Sprag clutch, pressure test brake separately for function and oil leak, reassemble winch unit and conduct pull test with 100% line pull (5.45mT) and dynamic test WITH 30% line pull (1.64mT).
