Description: 12- Fall pulley block with Swivel Hook SWL 400Mto Standard Overhaul (non-urgent) Overhaul on urgent basis, please add 30% Dismantle the 12-fall rope pulley block, clean and inspect, perform NDT testing on all load bearing areas / rope sheaves / axle & seating surfaces, dimensional check of all seats / axle / rope sheave groove / bearing seats, re-assemble with new bearings and seals and XYLON coated screws, secure with lock wire & lock nuts, conform to DROPS, full documentation Dismantle the hook shackle, clean and inspect, perform NDT testing on all load bearing areas / hook / shackle / hook nut/ axle & seating surfaces, dimensional check of hook / axle and seats, assemble with new thrust bearing, hook and shaft guide rings, use XYLON coated screws and secure with lock wire, conform to DROPS.
