Description: Fairlead Standard Overhaul To provide facility & labour charges to disassemble the fairlead and clean all parts for inspection. To carry out thickness measurement of the material & NDT testing of the complete unit & the rope sheave. Carryout dimensional check on the rope sheave grooves. To re-assemble with new parts where required. Included in overhaul cost: NDT testing Note: -Excluded from our offer are overtime, parts, machining, manufacturing & consumables. - In case of urgency we will charge additional costs of 50% on Weekdays and 80% on Weekend / Public Holiday.
