Description: Slewing Winch Gearbox c/w Brake Standard Overhaul Labour charges to disassemble slewing winch gearbox c/w bake unit and clean all parts for inspection. To carry out crack testing on all bearing seating faces and gears. To establish a detailed report of findings. To re-assemble with new bearings, seals and with broken parts renewed / repaired. Note: -Price is excluding overtime, parts, machining / manufacturing costs and consumables. -Required parts, machining work, manufacturing of gear wheels etc. will be offered after inspection -For dismantling and inspection only and without reassembly we charge 25% of labour charge or SGD 950.00 of the workshop cost SGD 3,800.00
