Description: Electric Motor Standard Overhaul 1. Dismantle the unit and separate the bearings, brake & Coupling 2. Conduct electrical test like DLRO, IR test, Surge & Impedance check 3. Clean the stator with chemical and Steam and bake into oven 4. Varnish the stator coil and bake into oven 5. Remove the excess varnish 6. Clean the rotor and parts with steam and chemical and bake into oven 7. Remove the brake unit and conduct Electrical test 8. Clean and bake the brake coil 9. Dynamic balance the rotor assembly 10. Run-out check on rotor shaft 11. Renew both end bearings and oil seal if any 12. Measure the bearing housing and journals dimensions 13. Assemble the unit 14. Conduct No Load Run Test 15. Provide Service report Note: Price excludes overtime, parts, machining works and consumables.
