Description: Standard Overhaul of 62.5 ton Single Fall Hook - Kenz Crane - To open up Hook Block and clean all parts for inspection, - To power brush all items & sheaves to bare metal - To carry out crack testing on all bearing seating faces, welding seams & load bearing areas - To to establish a QC report - To re-paint all items with a 3-layer marine paint, primer, intermediate and final layer. - To assemble with new bearings, seals and with broken parts renewed / repaired. Note: - Price is w/o overtime, parts,machining and w/o bearings and consumables. - Load testing and recertification can be arranged, at cost. - Excluding sandblasting and painting
