Description: Braden Winch BG3B-05080-01 with Brake unit Teardown Inspection, to conform with Braden Maintenance Requirements Complete dismantling of winch unit and brake, clean and inspect all items, sandblast and paint winch / brake externals, NDT testing of all gears and shafts, replace all seals & O-rings, replace all worn and damaged parts, replace Sprag clutch, pressure test brake separately for function and oil leak, reassemble winch unit and conduct pull test with 100% line pull (5.45mT) and dynamic test WITH 30% line pull (1.64mT). Overhaul Cost Winch Unit (SGD 4,800.00) Overhaul cost Brake Unit (SGD 700.00) Included in overhaul cost: N/A Note: - Excluded from our offer are overtime, parts (other than mentioned above), machining, manufacturing & consumables costs. - In case of urgency we will charge additional costs of 50% on Weekdays and 80% on Weekends / Public Holiday.
